What is it?

Cherry Hero is made using warm fermentation, which creates a beautifully expressive red-fruit character that delivers an intense experience reminiscent of biting into freshly picked, ripe cherries. The first sip delivers a wave of flavour; the palate is rich and slightly tangy, followed by a smooth body in which the fruit's natural acidity complements the crisp ale's malt backbone.

It received a Silver Medal at the 2021 London Beer Competition.

Food Pairing
